Can l still make a movie with a degree in Graphic Design?

Question by : Can l still make a movie with a degree in Graphic Design?
I would like to make like a 2D or 3D movie but l dont know if for that l have to be an Animator.
My question here is if l can still do it even if l become a Graphic Designer??

Yeah it is it so you know how process works like green screen and sensors.
