Can you help me name this horror film?

Question by Anna M: Can you help me name this horror film?
I was watching a film on Chiller TV about a year ago, and I’ve been tyring to find the name ever since. It was a slasher film, and the main character was a late teens/early twenties boy who I believe wore a cloak or mask of some sort for the majority of the film (taking it off near the end to reveal that he was very attractive, in my opinion. I think he had dark brown/black hair?) Anywho, I think he lived in a supposedly abandoned house/shed, and learned the ways of being a psycho killer form his father. I remember a scene in the shed where the boy was looking at a (cow?) skeleton in admiration, and it seemed like he was worshipping it or making sacrifices to it. I know this isn’t a lot of detail, but if you have any clue what this movie could be or a good place for me to look for it, let me know! I’ve asked on numbeorus horror movie forums.
Oh yes! And the movie looked like it was made somewhere between mid 80’s to mid 90’s.
