Question by : Can you relate any of these illusions to modern a day movie, book, etc.? Please! Just try! :)?
So, I know I shouldn’t be asking for answers on my homework but I have literally sat here for an hour trying to think of a book or movie to relate to these illusions but i have no clue. So PLEASE HELP! I don’t need a lecture, I’ve tried my hardest on my own, now I need help, thank you(:
1.) Understanding why God does things isn’t always the easiest. Jacob traveling across the land, dreaming about God and where His reasons lead to explains the pathway of life to death. Overcoming burdens and taking steps up to be with God. Angels descending to give advice of God. These steps through life could explain the reasons of God.
2.)Swords into ploughshares is the changing of turning weapons into peaceful tools. A ploughshare is a symbol of a creative tool that benefits mankind. Of course, a sword is tool used for war. It is believed that there will be a future where there will be peace amongst all humankind.
3.)Sacrifice. Ruth, a Moabite woman of God, became familiar with this word. The worst was thrown her way when her husband died and sorrow filled her life. Although she had the option to stay in the comfort of Moab, Ruth chose otherwise. The comfort zone Ruth was use to no longer existed, and the friendships she developed became her world. With the help of God, Ruth’s life was not ending but rather just beginning as a light for Him.
4.)The Son of Man sits on his throne of glory, all the nations and angels gathered before him, he separates the people as the Shepard separates sheep from goats. The King sees these people for who they really are. For he is in every one of them. The sheep will receive a great thing from the king, and the goat will be given a severe punishment. The King will lay down his judgment based on the character of each person.
5.)We are taught that God is the almighty maker of heaven and earth. If this is true, shouldn’t we live by his rules? Don’t we need him as a guide through life? He suggests through Jesus that we almost need him to make our lives complete. We cannot live by only bread alone, we also need to fulfill our hunger of spirituality.
6.)It is easy to stray from God’s path and follow in the footsteps of sin. Cain chooses to give in to temptation after God rejects his gifts and accepts his brother’s. Though Cain had known he wasn’t giving God the best of what he had, he had still expected the same gratitude. Shame and jealousy lead Cain away from his Lord and he was lost.
7.)In the book of Matthew, Jesus warns false prophets exist and to be aware of the reflections of how their fruits appear amongst others. The reflections between ones actions and ones convictions with abundant faith, or adversely, ample faith in Jesus Christ, do not differentiate. Jesus explains how people with abundant faith will protrude because their actions will mirror their inner convictions.
8.)The Holy Grail is a sacred vessel that represents not a person, place, but a thing. It is a symbol now in today’s churches. It looks just like a cup or chalice that Jesus fed his apostles with. Jesus held this sacred cup and he drank out of it and that is why it is so important to people in the bible. It is not necessarily in the bible except in the last supper.
*Ok so you can use any of those, if you need more to choose from just let me know. Thank you so much! I can’t thank you enough! I have such a headache from trying to come up with things relating to these. So I appreciate it(: Also: You can relate them to any movie, short story, poem, book, etc. Again thank you! Any problems just let me know!(:

You’re exactly right: you shouldn’t be asking for answers on your homework.
EDIT: I read what you said. Just because you’re struggling on your work doesn’t mean you deserve answers. Obviously people seem to agree with me, because people aren’t exactly falling over each other, rushing for that answer button, are they?
See, you know what it is about your homework that makes me hesitant to give you answers? The fact that it’s just that — your homework. So let’s actually think about doing things for ourselves before we go and beg someone else for answers. Mmk. Thanks.
