Canon T2i/60d or Adobe Master Collection CS5?

I can purchase either a Canon T2i or 60d, or Adobe Master Collection CS5. I am not sure which to go with. I have a camcorder, but I want to make short films with 35mm lenses. I also do graphics design/video editing and special effects. I’m not sure if I should buy the camcorder, or the software. If the camera. Is the Canon 5D mark II worth the extra money for video? Could I make professional looking movies on a T2i or 60D?
