CD/DVD won’t play. HELLLLPP!!!?
Question by Zackie V: CD/DVD won’t play. HELLLLPP!!!?
Laptop Model: Dell Inspiron 1420.
I started downloading movie making softwares from this DVD. And I think the viruses inside it might have spread…!
So now, I can’t play ANY CD or DVD. When I inserted it, the light flashes like it’s reading. But then nothing happens… =/
I looked at My Computer, but there’s no DVD/CD icon there!
I tried all the instructions listed in the manual, but it didn’t work. So can anybody help me? Thank you in advance… =)

You could try to uninstall the dvd making software, scan the computer for viruses with a virus program like AVG free.
