Ok so I’ve seen this asked a few times but there are NO answers (well no right ones)

So it was a Halloween movie (TV).

Its about 2 children, brother and sister that lived near a lake that was important to them. It had something to do with a skipping stone. The lake was by a Candy shop/factory which helped in the candy making process. An evil witch was drying out the lake to try and keep her youth and the kids wanted to stop her. then an alien space shuttle landed and a fat fuzzy yellow alien came out and became friends with the children. All he could say was ‘Bing’ and when he would get happy he would bounce around saying “bing bing bing bing”.

I think at one point the brother makes fun of the sister for wearing the same costume so many years in a row. It’s later found out that she does because her late mother made it for her.

I’m trying to find the name of it.

I know it’s not E.T.

It’s not animated (well maybe the little alien is A.I. but that’s it.

Also I think it was made in the late 80’s early 90’s.

So if you know the name of the movie please let me know!

Glad you found out what you were looking for. In the future if you want to find out what a movie is, put your question in the ‘movies’ section, just because they’re experts at what they do and you can find out your movies fast if your thinking about it and it’s eating at you! I did this with other movies.
