I know movies have gotten pretty crummy in recent years but this takes the cake! It seems that the premise of the movie is to take natural weather phenomenon, and substitute it with different foods. On a screenshot from the movie on imdb, it shows the news-anchor on TV and says under it “Showers of sprinkles and maraschino cherries expected in from the north.” I mean come on! Would Stanley Kubrick or Martin Scorsese EVER make a film like Cloudy with a chance of meatballs! What do ya guys think? agree/disagree? This movie is the most retarded idea in hollywood history. I dont think it is possible for a filmmaker to stoop much lower. I despise the people who produce movies like this when there are much better ideas and independent works made.

It’s definitely different… but I don’t see it as being horrible.
