Question by Mindless: Control everything that goes on with my PC?
I recently had a friend move in with me and he has taken over my Laptop. Watching movies online all day, downloading stuff he did not ask (knowing that i hate it when people download stuff and dont ask first) I dont want to be a B*** to him and I would find it way more fun if I could just disable certain things he can and can not do.
I put two accounts on it one for him and one for me making me the only admin but I wish this gave me more control. I found out today that he decided to put a password on his account (not that i cant bypass that) its the principal of the thing.
Is there any software or anything out there that i can download or use that would work like an add on to XP to give me more control? (like blocking downloads, limiting bandwidth, ect.)

This feature of Windows may help you…i have never had to use it before…but it sounds like what you’re looking for!!
