After wrapping up a few loose SIFF ends this weekend, I’m out of here for a week. You can talk among yourself. (I’ll give you a topic: SIFF — Why can’t it be shorter and more selective? In an economy when all of us are dealing with fewer resources, why doesn’t the festival trim off a week and concentrate on presenting its very best?)
