im thinking i want to go around town at night and cause some trouble….. i want to scare people and make a movie about it. what would you do? i dont want to do anything gruesome.
im thinking like dressing in all black and a long cape and throwing water balloons on peoples’ roofs to freak them out. i dont want to do anything too bad- i dont want some weird guy running out of his house with a gun. lol

I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Abroad people have a sense of humor about those kinds of things, but in the U.S., you’ll get arrested and sued.
