I am a guide dog puppy raiser and many times people come up to me in a store and say they feel had for the puppy and would treat it better if they were the owner. But on my experience, guide dogs are some of the most happiest dogs I have ever seen. My other dogs feel jealous when I take my puppy everywhere. When we get home I let my puppy go running with me and she plays with her toys. Some people say these dogs were born into life as a slave, but ultimately the dogs get to choose their own career. If they don’t want to be a guide dog, they wont make them and they get to do something they are good at and want. I have had dogs who love to sniff become drug detecters and when I wisit them they are so happy and they live the life as a normal dog when not at work. They can choose if they want to be a pet, but some dogs actually miss going to stores and movies with me and when I leave they are sad. If you think the puppies are mistreated, they get to have treats, lots of toys, running space, and more than a normal dog. It is your oppinion and I just want to know
