I love making movies and I love animation. The problem is that I can’t draw for crap, but I have kick ass stories that would be awesome as animations. Can it still work out?

Yes, but you have to partner up with someone who has strong visual art skills to put your ideas into concepts. There are many very talented students who would like to take on projects for the experience. Contact local colleges that have animation programs and try to contact the professors teaching animation classes, and tell them you have a project and need artists.
