Question by Dan: Do you think my movie is any good?
I’m one of those people who are always making movies and stuff with a camcorder, and i’ve come up with a movie plot that i’m gonna make with my sister, my friend, and my sister’s friend. So tell me if you think this is good or not. p.s. please just read it, it’s really interesting i think you’ll like it.
The characters are Katie (my sister), Katie’s friend Brianna (my sister’s friend), a ghost of a witch that takes Katie’s body to bring herself back to life (my sister), and the ghost witch’s minion zombie/monster thing that kills Katie so the ghost witch can take her body (my friend). Also there is a scene with my friend’s twin brothers being zombies too. It’s called the Monster Mash.
So we start off with the ghost witch in a cemetery summoning dead bodies from the graves. My friend and his bros come out and circle around her, and she says that she will get what she deserves by getting a body and stuff.
Then it goes to Katie and Brianna together talking, then they hear these noises and monster grunts and stuff, and the lights flicker, and they scream, then everything stops. (We use some special effects for this.) Then Brianna sees this lump and claims it is a “monster egg,” which it really is, but Katie doesn’t believe her and touches it, and she dies. Brianna starts screaming and crying, then faints.
The next scene is in the hospital, with her waking up and her dad (by the way, that’s me) telling her what happened and that he and Katie’s mother found Katie dead and bloody on the ground, but he doesn’t know that she touched an egg that the monster laid during the flickering lights and stuff. Then Brianna sees another egg near a table and claims that the monster laid it while she was sleeping in the hospital bed (she was in a coma for a week or something). The dad, me, says that there are no such things as monsters, so he touches it and dies. Brianna starts screaming some more and lays back in the bed and cries.
Later they go back to the witch’s castle, with her basically just saying that her plan worked and stuff. Then she talks about the key of life, a gold key that can bring people back to life and combine spirits with other people’s bodies. Katie always carried it around with her (not knowing of its powers), so the witch ghost wanted to kill Katie for the key of life and for her body.
Then we show Brianna running in the graveyard, looking for both her mother’s grave and Katie’s grave (her dad said that they had already buried Katie). She then looks at the grave and cries, then notices the gate that leads into the witch’s castle. She does not know this, but only those who are extremely superstituous like her can see it and enter the ghost’s castle. So she walks in, looking around, wondering where she is, when all of a sudden she hears a high, cruel laugh coming from the castle and some grunts and moans, so she runs off.
Then the next dayBrianna goes back to the cemetery, and gets the courage to go inside the castle. She’s walking and suddenly the zombie (my friend) reaches out from behind and kind of groans and snarls and has this creepy look on his face, so Brianna gets all freaked out and runs in the other direction. She runs into the witch’s room and sees the key of life. Knowing that it is Katie’s, she picks it up and puts it in her pocket, thinking that the place has something to do with Katie’s death.
So now Brianna is in possesion of the key.
The following shows a lot of fast paced, action packed scenes with Brianna “accidentally” summoning Katie back from the dead, (i don’t want to sound like i’m copying harry potter and the ressurection stone but that’s not where i got the idea) and talking to her and stuff. Then comes the witch and she steals it back, almost killing Brianna. Almost. She then uses it to combine herself and Katie’s body and then tricks Brianna into coming with her (because she now looks like Katie; this will be easy to do because my sister plays both characters). Brianna is the only one who knows how the key of life works, so she wants the zombie to kill her by first transforming into a big, slimy, lizard-like monster (i kind of picture it being similar to the creature from the black lagoon) and with fur and a snout, and black wings with claws, so kind of like a lizard/werewolf/bat monster. She battles with it and snatches the key from it and throws it at its eye: which is when they find its most, um, powerful power: when thrown by the someone who is desperate to save someone, it will explode on impact, and can destroy anything, absolutely anything, around it, except for the person who throws it. The only thing it can’t kill is ghosts, since they are already dead, and since the witch is technically a ghost, even though she now has a body (she used the key for evil so she’s not really human again, she just looks like one), she doesn’t get destroyed. But she does kind of disappear. Also when it is thrown, the person they are trying to save or the person they love very much

its sounds good except for two parts 1. They touch the monster egg and die? it just seems wierd to see them touch an egg and fall over dead, 2. the end is confusing, do u mean it wont kill the person they love? if so then ok
basically work on the egg thing
