Does Adobe CS5 hold enough video editing tools for me or should I get Final Cut?

Question by Ben: Does Adobe CS5 hold enough video editing tools for me or should I get Final Cut?
I was planning on buying Final Cut Pro X and Aperture 3, but now that I have decided to get one of the CS5 bundles including photoshop and InDesign, do I still need to buy Final Cut?

I am putting together software for use to put a newspaper online, and would like the ability to edit videos.

I understand that Final Cut Pro is very advanced, but if I am not making an actual movie, do I need all of the professional tools? However, I don’t want to be held back by the software I have and not be able to excel.

Is there a big difference between Adobe CS5.5 Design Standard and Adobe CS5.5 Design Standard when it comes to video editing? They mention video editing in both but don’t extrapolate much.
