I have searched and searched..now I need you guy’s help. I can always count on Yahoo Answers when all else fails. I am using Windows Movie Maker know..it’s okay but very limited. You are pretty much at their mercy as to what you can do. And InterVideo really bites. I trashed it after using it one time. I am looking to make movies(slideshow) using my still images with music background and would like one that allows users to change the time duration of each photo. Thank You!

You can create slideshows with photostage (free), adjust the duration of individual images (in milliseconds), add narration or music and even burn to dvd

just be aware that you will be invited to install additional software, some of which isn’t totally free just a trial – decline the offer and all will be well – also. once the program is installed, resist the urge to click on “toolbox” – again, it will just download unnecessary but harmless stuff.
