Like when you call a customer service line for assistance and talk to a real person. I’d also like to hear from people who have done this kind of work who can tell us about their experience.

look those people have to read from a script…..it’s a requirement from their jobs. I know it sounds annoying when you can tell that they’re reading from a script but what can they do about it?
