Vilas tries to meet Avantika and tell her a few secrets, but Rukmini and another servant drive him away. Avantika feels puzzled. Nidhi returns home after meeting her friend and tells everyone that her father has gifted her a new car. Anish feels offended and asks Nidhi to return the car. Nidhi feels hurt. Geeta warns Anish and Ram that they should not keep making an issue out of small matters. Avinash is happy to see the increasing bond between Sanika and Indu. Urmila is alone at home when Shailesh comes home to meet Milind. Shailesh waits for Milind and has a conversation with Urmila. Shailesh tells her that none of his friends have tried to contact him and he cannot forgive them for it. Urmila suddenly gets labor pains. Shailesh takes her to the hospital and informs Milind about it. Milind and Urmila’s parents reach the hospital. Sulbha gets worried to see Salil’s increasing closeness towards Manorama. The doctor tells Milind that there are some complications and Urmila is critical. The doctor asks Milind to choose between his wife and child. Urmila’s parents ask him to choose Urmila. Milind remembers his promise to Urmila and chooses to save the baby. Hours pass by. The doctor comes and gives the good news that Urmila and the child are safe, and Urmila has given birth to a baby boy.
