Please help me correct or revise this essay. It’s been too long I have not been back to school, writing an essay is hard is planing a tree without soil. I need to write it because I apply to attend at Art Institute.
1.What are your career goals?
Our bodies are made of flesh and bones. Anytime any part is injured we feel pain, so we try to avoid injury as much as we can. Usually it takes a painful lesson to teach us to avoid injury. Like my life, after I got struggle with married, business, and family, I realize there is not thing will stay forever with me beside my education. My painful lesson is eight years straight for not going in to school to finish my degree. Starting at Santa Ana College, I earned an AA Degree in Fine Art. I was transferred to Cal State Fullerton and drop out for the first semester there in 2003. Now I try to avoid wasting my time by giving up everything around me and start fresh with a degree which I always dream for. It is Film Making. I love to become a casting director or a casting producer.
2.And how do you expect your education at The Art Institute of California-Orange County to help you attain them?
I was searching for a school that teaches me how to make movie for two years now. When I start searching, I know The Art Institute only offer Film Making Degree in Los Angeles only. It was so far from my house, it is really inconvenience to drive back and ford. And now I still not believe it is offered at Orange County until I met the consulting assistance at this location. I am very happy because the school’s tuition is affordable to me; it is ten minute away from my house. I will take advance of everything that god has been sending back to me to push my education futher.
3.In what ways will you participate and commit your education in order to be successful?
Two years ago when I was divorced, I thought of going back to school for a Film career, but I can’t going anywhere yet because of the business which I still own. I was on the lease contract with landlord, I cannot abandon my business. I know that when I go to school, I do not want to worry about business financial and employees. Having to wait for two year now, the lease contract just was expired; I also save up ten thousand dollars to contribute to my education process. I am working for my brother as part time employee. I will use all my fulltime for school to try to finish the Bachelor Degree in Film making as soon as I can. I am now understood “Time does not wait on anyone”. However, I want to prove to my ex-husband that since he has been gone, I have been gain, and to show to my family and friend that “Yes! I can”
