File Synchronisation Software Recommendations?

I have a large collection of movies on my network at home, and a limited amount of space on my Laptop. I’m looking for a utility that makes it convenient to copy a selection of these films to my laptop.

What I’m really looking for is something with the convenience of iTunes – where I can switch around the movies I want, click “syncronise” and walk away while it copies them. Ideally, something where I can load the movies into a library-type list, like with iTunes. At the moment, I’m manually deleting and copying files with the file manager, which is a drawn-out, time consuming process. I’m aware of Microsoft’s SyncToy, but it’s not really suited to what I’m doing.

All PC’s are running Vista, the files are located on a combination of NAS drives and local hard drives (I’m copying them over a wireless network from shared drives).

Does anyone know of a piece of software that I might find useful for this? Thanks!
