Okay I’ve made about 6 lyric videos and now my Windows Movie Makers doesn’t work…so is there any free program to download that will also make lyric videos?

OMG this is actually a real response. When did answers turn into spam central. I digress. When looking for free software you should always look for open source projects. Here’s a list of open source projects on wiki.
