Freeware to make simple edits in movie files?

Question by sumbuddy: Freeware to make simple edits in movie files?
Just want to remove some scenes.. Don’t want to go through the whole process of encoding/decoding. Just something so I can specify something like – remove the all the video between 30min to 32 minutes.

windows movie maker built in on pc’s or imovie in macs very easy to use when you import a video press the scene view for easier access email me if u need more help
