Halo Movie still in making?

Are they(peter jackson) still making developing the movie of halo still? last time i heard of it was 2008 when they said it was spouse to release release(2008) if im not correct,. but i also heard it was delayed from some halo forums to this year, and now its 2010 and i heard nothign at all from Halo.
so like anyone knows whats up?

Jackson said that he was no longer considering working on a Halo film if the opportunity arose, saying that after working on the film for five months before the project’s collapse it would be difficult to return. The rights for the film have since reverted back to Microsoft. While there have been rumors that director Steven Spielberg was in talks to produce Halo, Microsoft has responded that the film is still on hold.

Doesn’t look like there is going to be a Halo movie.
