ok, my girlfriend and i have been dating for 5 years, i am the only guy she has ever dated,kissed,sexed up,etc… a few months ago we broke up because of me, because when we started dating i could not have been nicer. and for a few months i started acting a little bit mean, but still nice none the less. during this time she changed completely for the better she became perfect and i still stayed mean and didnt change to be extra nice again, and she wanted me to start working out because i was becoming chubby, she tries her hardest to look her best for me so i should have done the same. she gave me warnings and i didnt listen. now she broke up with me a few months ago because of it. since then we still hang out everyday somedays its like were still dating but some days its not. she says she wants to see what its like to date other people because she is scared that if we stay together she will never know what its like or if i am the right guy because she wouldnt know what its like to be with someone whos not “mr. right”. now it is my goal to win her back! lately i have done everything i can, im always nice, i do everything i can. i still mess up sometimes but who doesnt? i want to do something really romantic and great. once before when we were fighting i just grabbed her and kissed her like in a movie, she cried because it was so great. i need something like that. but i dont know what. please dont tell me to give up or give her space. i know thats what i should do but i just cant. please help me figure out something i can do that would be really romantic and sweet and might make her cry. if it helps we are both 19, going to college and all that. i cant sweep her away to a vacation because we have college and jobs and the lack of money that most college kids have. i cant ask her to get a apartment or ask her to marry me. what can i do? guys what have you done that has worked for girls? and girls what would make you cry? please help and thank you soo much!

i still stayed mean and didnt change to be extra nice again,, guess she figures she can do better. You made your bed as the saying goes.
