iam trying to make a video from other videos on windows movie maker and the videos iam using to put together to make my movie. Now, the videos work fine as i can play them fine and when i edit them and put them together on windows movie maker there also fine however once i publish the video it no longer works as it stops at certain places (freezes and parts of the video are missing).

Iam looking for either an alternative too windows movie maker in which i can make my video without this problem, or a way to fix this problem on windows movie maker.

If you are working with avi movie files a good program is Virtualdubmod. Do a search for it, it’s a free opensource program.
