Highlands neighborhood open house set to celebrate new community center
The Highlands Neighborhood Association is holding an open housefrom 1 to 5 p.m. Monday to celebrate its new community center andHead Start’s new space. The two programs will share the samebuilding at 205 Carolina St. in Longview.
