How can I do my hair and makeup like this? also, is there an overnight way to get those waves and how to make them stay?

wow that makeup isnt that complex, a little liquid eyeliner, some mascara, possible a little eyeshadow (a neutral colour like grey) and then some lip gloss………that was a toughie
as for the hair, braid it, in 2 big braids, then sleep on it, then spray a little hair spay on it when you wake up, (after you separate them) and you will have waves, in you have layers, or very thin hair. . . . .or both. you might want to just do one big braid, if your hair is curly, then you might wanna straighten first
