I have created some TV show scripts, and I want to know can I make money by selling it to someone, or have someone create the show for me while I keep the tv show rights to my transcripts?

Are these original scripts, or transcripts of something you saw on TV?

If it’s a transcript, then the intellectual rights belong to the company that created the original work, and you absolutely cannot sell them for money.

If it’s original scripts, it’s going to be hard, but it’s possible. First off, you should know that a movie is an easier sell for a new writer than a television series- the reason being that a series creator is generally also the Executive Producer (or showrunner) and a network is unlikely to give a job with so much responsibility to someone who’s never worked in television before.

What may work out better for you, is to use your scripts to shop for an agent. If they’re good enough to get you noticed, he/she may be able to get you work on other shows or projects, until your career is established enough to pitch a new show to a network. Good luck!
