Ok so i have been trying to make a really funny little movie thing and i really want to make it but its so frustrating. I try to use Windows Movie Maker but when i try to upload a video it says: “The file C:\Users\Pete\Videos\cody meltdown – Copy.MOV cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.”
And i have a kodak camera which video tapes so all my videos are on there! PLEASE PLEASE HELP Me!!!!

Very easy….find a converter ’cause Movie Maker doesn’t accept .mov. Google .mov to .avi converter and download it (they’re free) and go from there. They’re very easy to use and .avi is a supported Movie Maker file.
