Do you mean you want to block ActiveX and other scripts when you browse the net?

Few content filtering proxies can help you do that. For example, SafeSquid – content filtering internet proxy, has a feature called ‘Document Rewrite’. It can be used to search for codes like ActiveX, javascripts, applets and other html tags, remove them from the page in real time, and then serve the page to the browser. So, the page that the browser receives, is without these codes. Such proxies are used in large enterprises, where it might not be possible to do this at desktop level, and is preferable to do it at the gateway itself.
