i recorded a movie camera using the cybershot digital camera, when recording i used the setting 160 i.e for the e-mail format. the video clips looks blurred. i want to make a movie that is best quality and the make the clips not to be blurred. how do i do this?

I am not sure if you can improve the quality if you recorded the original movie in lower resolution. Your best bet is to play the movie in smaller window to keep the clarity.
