I want a make a montage with iMovie, but I don’t know how to download clips from the TV show I want to use. Can I do this without downloading additional software? Is there a website that will convert/download any video to my hard drive so I can use it for my iMovie project?

I want to make a montage with the show Being Erica and the song Breakin’ by The All American Rejects.
The videos I want are not available on YouTube, so I need to be able to download clips/footage off of other sites as well, TV network sites or wherever they air entire episodes.
