I’ve always been wanting to make home videos, so I can make my own movie and use the computer to add animation, delete some scenes, add in music (theme songs), and add in sound/visual effects, etc. Is there such thing as a camcorder that comes with a software that helps you do that? If so, where can I find it and for how much?

Adobe Premiere.
Windows Movie Maker is ok, for beginners.
