I have tried to get my script to places like Flower Films and All Girl Productions, but I can’t seem to find a way “in.” How do I get this unique script seen without selling my soul to a random and probably not-so-legit literary agent? Kepp in mind that I live in the midwest…
I just wanted to add that this script is a story about the quarter life crisis of two girls from Minnesota and the seperate and shared journeys toward sanity. Dark comedy.

But seriously,…
If they are reputable producers, they won’t read a script by an amateur that is not represented by a literary agent….not unless they want to get sued by some shyster claiming that they stole some story idea from somebody who parks cars for a living, or works in a grocery store. They don’t have to read those type of scripts. IF they are reputable producers, there are thousands of scripts by members of the Writer’s Guild they can read;
Don’t get me wrong. I wish you well. But it is a real longshot to send unsolicited manuscripts and scripts to big name producers. Usually, they have a secretary whose sole job is to either toss unsolicited manuscripts into the trash, or mail them back to the sender unread, saying in a form letter that they cannot and will not read them.
