I see videos on youtube where people take little clips from the favorite parts of shows. Is there a way to do that without a camera?

you can download vdownloader and install it, and get videos from youtube. to edit and cut the videos, if you’re using windows, you can edit them in windows movie maker. i don’t know what to use when on mac, any other operating system, but that’s what i know.
