I am trying to make a Windows Movie Maker animation by using a Power Point slide with an animation attached, but it keeps on coming up as a picture only. Is there anyone who can help me please? Also, I don’t want to download anything.

No, you can’t. PowerPoint file is .PPT, Windows Movie Maker only can import video files, like AVI, WMV, ASF.
