I have a movie idea and need help getting it out there. Also I may have legal problems with the Nintendo Company. Please help.

that is an abbreviated version of your script.
in this world we live in an attorney will review it with the creative types.
if you are bordering on infrigement with nintendo the lawyers will cite it immediatley.
