How do I stop Windows Movie Maker keeps making my movie longer than it actually is?
Question by Sara: How do I stop Windows Movie Maker keeps making my movie longer than it actually is?
I keep trying to make a 6 min video, but it thinks that it is 37min long for some reason so there is about 31min of completely dead air. There is nothing at the way end or anything. I don’t know what to do.

That is weird. Is it like that in the time line before you render? If it is use the clipping tool. Play to the end of the actual video and pause than click on the button that says “split” or something to that effect (you’ll know it when you see it) when you put the cursor over it. I’m on Windows 7 now which doesn’t have the program so unfortunately I can’t open it up to check.
