For example, the site Mr. Skin not only posts clips from movies but nude clips and charges a monthly fee for them. They’re doing 3 bad things; yet, it’s one of the biggest sites on the internet, makes millions of dollars and gets no grief from studios…
How is this possible? Is it just a trial and error business call? Post clips on your site and see if the studios care enough to try and get you to take them down? And can they have your site shut down and sue you, or do they have to ask for you to take the media down, then have the right to take action if you don’t listen.
