Question by Mixed Martial Arts: How do you cut sections out of videos to use as short clips?
First of all I want something completely free, last time i asked this someone told me to get sony vegas and i looked it up and it was $ 600….. yea nothing more to say about that. Anyways I would like to be able to take a video, and cut maybe 15 seconds out of it to use in the video im making for my project.. like taking a youtube video and cutting out 15 seconds of waves then putting it into windows movie maker
