I have a 20 year old 27×41 poster that I want to make a copy of so I can display it in my dorm without fear of damaging it as the original is worth a lot. Any thoughts on how this can be done?

there are two suggestions:
1. take it to a studio, make a color negative and get a color print on whatever size and material u want. this will be professional quality. negative will be with u forever
2. get copy from a xerox machine. it could be in two or 4 pieces to be pasted together.
