Hi there.
That question is a touch vague for me.
I think that depends on what site you intend to upload to, as different sites have different software requirements.
When you’ve sorted that out, then it will be your job to encode the video to fit those specifications.
I suggest you find that out first and then re-post or amend your question with the new information so that someone can better help you out!
