i want to make a harry potter movie clip video(no hate please) but i dont know any websites to go to. please share any websites that you can create a mini movie with clips out of other movies and songs. thank you guys so much!

Your best bet is to buy windows movie maker or see if you can find a computer that has it at a library or something.
