i don’t know how to make it rain or snow on the sims 3. I wanted to kind of make a sims 3 movie of twilight and i can’t unless it rains or something dreary. please give me the code!!

It’s not built into the game. I have not seen any mod or hack that would allow weather; I imagine the work it would take to make that kind of animation would be tremendous. So until/unless they put weather into an expansion pack, you’re likely out of luck.
I would suggest using the cemetery and filming early evening. (The ghosts come out about midnight and early morning hours, so that time wouldn’t work.)
