How do you turn on Java-Scripts?

Question by green_eyed_dreamer21: How do you turn on Java-Scripts?
I’m trying to view videos on youtube but it keeps telling me I either have javavscripts turned off or an outdated version of Macromedia’s flashplayer. Even after I download the updated version I can’t view videos. I’ve been all over the Internet trying to figure out how to turn JavaScripts on, but no luck yet. Can anyone help?

What web browser do you use? (Critical Question)

Tools > Options > Content (tab)
Contains checkboxes for Java, and Javascript
