how do you use vegas movie studio 8.0 to make movies?

hey i have a few media player videos.. i want to use vegas move studio to cut them down and make them into one move.. using part of all the vids..how do you do this? i try to open them all at once.. but they just open separately.. please help me!!

The easiest way is to put all the videos in the same folder then open a new movie. Use the file explorer menu (in the lower left) to find the folder with all your videos in. Then drag them on to the track space one by one. That’s it. Good luck.
