What makes movie trailers effective for the audiences?
eg: camera techniques, sound, lighting

Not as much camera techniques. sound and lighting are key ( music is the largest factor and lighting sets the tone of the film) also the sequences shown are key to develop the audience expectations as well as charatcers interaction during the 2 or 3 minutes.
