I love writing horror fiction and am considering writing a horror movie screenplay. However, being British, I have been told that it is very difficult for a UK screenwriter to get a script even read by an American agent if you don’t live in LA. Is this true?
If so, should I aim my script at the UK indie horror market?

The only way they would accept you is if you pretend to be loads of people – all the films there are written by committees!
