I make a vedio by windows movie player .. when i sent it to my friend he couldnt open it cuz he havnt the pix those i used in the video
how i can change the type of video .MSWMM to mp3 or anything i cant open it by any program

A.) MP3 is a music file.
B.) You need to export it first, probably as a wmv, and from there you can convert to mp4 or other movie file and send it.
