How JilAdren Can Improve His Reputation.

First this is not an attack video. The purpose of this video is to give the best advice I can to JilAdren who recently found himself cast in a very negative spotlight by filing a DMCA copyright claim against another user who used portions of JilAdren’s video for critical analysis. www.youtube.com First was JilAdren wrong for filing the DMCA and further DMCA’s against mirror copies of the video he filed a copyright claim against? On one side of it I can say no, because if you go to the YouTube Help Menu, this is the advice they give: “If you are the copyright owner of a video and wish to report content being used without your permission, please follow these directions to submit a copyright infringement notice.” www.google.com and you will see that link takes you to YouTube’s DMCA complaint form. So you see, he was only doing what YouTube’s own help menu suggests that he does. No where in that form will you see a mention of considering fair use. YouTube only tells you that if someone uses a portion of your video without your permission file a DMCA on them. So in part he was following faulty legal advice from YouTube. While the US copyright law does allow for fair use of copyrighted work for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and even parody. YouTube in it’s ultra strict over-enforcement of the DMCA law basically has an unwritten rule that it does not allow for fair use. The attached gear includes Jarate, a Stainless Pot, a miniature Australian flag, and a koala doll with a slouch hat. When equipped, the Cozy Camper will prevent the Sniper from ‘flinching’ such that the Sniper Rifle’s scope will not move when taking damage, such as hitscan weapon fire, bleeding, or afterburn. Additionally, overall knockback is reduced by 20%. As a downside, the Sniper will move 60% slower while scoped. The attributes are also felt while equipped with the Huntsman.
