Hello,

I’m wanting to run a Movie Making business, I have most of what I need, but I was wondering:

If I am not of age (18) can I still run a company? Would I need any business licenses?
If I do NOT sell any products (except for t-shirts, coffee mugs, ect) do I need a business license and or give tax?
How old do you have to get your company trademarked & copyrighted.
If I make a product how much and how old would I have to be to copyright it.
If I am under the age of 18, and I am hiring employees, is that legal? If I do pay them and they follow the labor laws that apply, would I be safe?
If I am under the age of 18, could I accept Donations?

18, or under parental consent (though your parents would think you’re insane). It’s not a question of copyright, but a question of age.
